Carmen Díez Grenabuena is a Spanish visual artist whose work is mainly developed in the field of contemporary abstract painting, combining gestural sensitivity, matter, color and evocation.
His work stems from a personal quest around memory, emotions and the perception of the landscape, transforming experiences and sensations into compositions of an abstract and poetic nature.
His artistic language is characterized by the freedom of the brushstroke, the superimposition of materials and a special attention to atmosphere.
He works with different registers in which the emotional dimension is very marked.
The "Arpilleras" series stands out, in which he incorporates fabric as a support and plastic element, as well as his abstract, urban and figurative series.
