About this artwork

I've always been fascinated by Klimt's magical world of patterns and gold, so I decided to create my own interpretation with this piece. Here, I painted a young woman in a simple white dress decorated with cheerful flowers - she feels like someone you might meet in a summer garden. I played with those lovely Klimt-inspired backgrounds, mixing pinks and turquoise with scattered blooms everywhere. Below her feet, I let my imagination run wild with… abstract shapes and little sea creatures, creating this dreamy underwater garden that somehow feels both mysterious and playful. It's my way of saying hello to the master while adding my own contemporary twist to his timeless elegance.
