Photography forms the foundation of my practice, yet my work moves beyond documenting the visible world. Through subtle transformations of colour, texture and atmosphere, I invite viewers to slow down and experience nature in a different way.
Working in long term series, I explore recurring themes of reflection, connection, growth, decay and renewal. Forests, water, coastlines and botanical forms become starting points for images that gradually move away from literal representation, revealing the hidden rhythms and relationships that connect the natural world.
Rather than offering direct descriptions of a place or subject, my photographs create space for attentive looking, discovery and quiet contemplation. I hope they encourage viewers to pause, to look beyond first impressions, and to rediscover a sense of wonder.
