About this artwork
A pigeon, an often overlooked and despised city dweller, is the focus of the work: The pigeon becomes the heroine of an urban landscape that speaks of throwaway mentality and conformity – a quiet moment of urban survival. Subtle humor and a clear composition lend beauty, dignity, and respect to the everyday.
