About this artwork
I am guided nearly once a year to paint an angel presence that comes to her asking to be shown in form. She says that the angel is representative of a mindset she needs to adapt for the coming year. In this case, it was a year of great upheaval and indeed, patience was needed!
In this case, I created the Angel of Patience in encaustic, bees wax where colour is added and applied hot. It is a beautiful and subtle piece where one can feel the sometimes… necessary energy of patience in the stance of the angel who seems reluctant to appear.
The simple wood frame of a silvery finish gives the being a deserved gravitas. She is a presence whose energy will definitely calm her surroundings.

« My passion is creating beautiful art that heals your life and space through energetic resonance and I am very good at what I do! »
Candace Wilson has exhibited her work internationally and is particularly sought after by those on the path of consciousness. Exploring the world through metaphysics, quantum energetics, as well as physically, her compositions examine how energy influences aspects of our lives and well-being. By incorporating the conscious use of color and various healing modalities, Candace creates sentient paintings that resonate healing vibrations while pleasing the soul with their beauty. Understanding the "why" behind her work is not important... feeling into the paintings, with those emotions informing the viewer's being is what its all about.. Her work changes lives by energetically shifting consciousness through their beauty and power.
