About this artwork
The painting was done with high-quality artist-grade acrylic paint on watercolor… paper. Glazed and opaque areas of color, visible brushstrokes, and minor irregularities remain part of the surface. The subject matter was the starting point – during the painting process, form and color became increasingly important rather than the exact reproduction of the object.

Discover images that tell stories.
My paintings begin not with the subject matter, but with its mood: an emotion translated into color.
Between figurative language and semi-abstract freedom, I combine acrylic, pure pigments and oil pastels to create vibrant works of art.
Some paintings emerge in a flurry of quick steps. Others demand time. I paint over them, remove paint, scratch the surface. This powerful process creates a multi-layered texture with deep dimension. The subject is never the fixed goal, but rather the starting point – it may transform or disappear entirely.
