RUST & WATER - ENTANGLEMENT series - explores the idea that nothing exists in isolation. Patterns and structures repeat, seeking and sustaining one another.
In the painting, turquoise, almost liquid, elements overflow and expand, interrupting the harmonious sequence of earthy tones, gold, and oxidized iron. Turquoise behaves like a vital force: fluid, insistent, impossible to contain.
As with the other compositions in the series, the work… features structures that branch out, intertwine, and overlap like invisible networks. Each element maintains its own formal identity, but its presence acquires meaning only through its relationship with the others.
Each connection generates a new tension, a new direction, a new aesthetic possibility.
The intricate central structure is not something that imposes itself from the outside: it emerges spontaneously, as if the matter already knew where to go, what connection to seek, what distance to maintain.
