About this artwork
"By obsessed power, the world is torn apart,
agitated by zealous caricatures.
On these glued walls rumbles the soul of the rebels
but nothing will be able to dampen the smile of the young woman descending the stairs.
Feared weapon."
In this work, I wanted to capture the vibrant energy and optimism of a modern young woman facing a world filled with contrasting messages. The vibrant colors and figurative realism energize the scene, blending pop… art and urban reality. She embodies confidence and freedom, bringing a unique vitality to your home, like a breath of contemporary life full of hope.

« The every day, the anecdotal sublimated by color and light to make the chosen moment special. »
Emilie Pannier, also known as Mia, has been a painter for over 20 years.
Her painting is primarily figurative, it falls within the tradition of "Genre Scenes", it explores themes related to urban life, the street, its anonymity and daily life.
Mia works in series and thus builds a repertoire of images that bear witness to our time, in search of a sublimation of the anecdotal and the moment.
It is through precise work with color and lighting that the pictorial element comes into play.
She likes to combine time periods by quoting historical works and mixing them with her contemporary scenography, a way for her to remind us that history builds.
The place of women is an essential subject in his painting; they are free, independent, and move about in a universal space.
Emilie Pannier sells internationally on a regular basis.
Two publications appeared in art magazines.
She exhibits regularly in France
