The millennial context and content of our culture is confirmed by the Neolithic prehistoric cultures. The most famous culture on this territory, which unites the two banks of the Prut River and even the long distances of this river, was the Cucuteni Culture. The symbolic character of this art astonishes us today and gives us countless sources of inspiration. Ceramics, a fire art, provide us with a vast array of female figurines that are associated… with the cult of fertility. The colors of the Cucuteni ceramics: red, white and black-brown have been the source of inspiration for this work. Red is the color of passion and fire, black is the color of fertile soil, white is the color of infinity and purity, and yellow is the color of the sun, light and heat, exemplified in the work and the spiraling forms, while confirming the idea of cyclicality and continuity of time. The text, suggested by graphic elements, supports the idea of inheritance and communication between generations.
