About this artwork
In this work, I wanted to capture the dancing light on the path at sunset, using oil paint to convey the warmth and fleeting movement of the moment. Each impressionistic brushstroke carries the emotion of a memory, the nostalgia of a place that invites calm and reflection. It will bring a serene energy to your space, full of light and hope.

Credentials
- Works on commission
José Antonio Martín Santos is a painter, draftsman, and printmaker with a degree in Fine Arts from the University of Salamanca and extensive experience in exhibitions and competitions. He primarily uses oil paints, as well as dry techniques such as charcoal, pastel, and Conté crayon, combining the rigor of academic drawing with loose and expressive brushstrokes within a figurative style attentive to detail and atmosphere. His works, focused on Mediterranean landscapes, the human figure, and still lifes, convey contemplation, silence, and wonder at the beauty of light, materials, and the everyday.
