About this artwork
Two silent trees emerge from a warm color scheme and encounter flowing, transparent forms reminiscent of water, light, or rising thoughts.
Golden and earthy hues engage in a dialogue with cool turquoise and gray tones. Layer upon layer, a composition emerges that oscillates between figuration and abstraction. The diverse materials create a multi-layered surface that reveals new details depending on the viewing angle.
The painting invites the… viewer to bring their own memories and emotions to it. It does not tell a fixed story, but rather opens a space for personal associations – between transience and hope, between stillness and movement.
