About this artwork
The Battlefield is a highly intense abstract work, in which color, movement, and texture converge in a composition imbued with an almost physical tension. The fluid, swirling brushstrokes evoke a battlefield: not a literal war scene, but an interior space where opposing forces confront, clash, and transform.
The intense blue emerges among shades of cream, ochre, pink, brown, and black, creating chromatic contrasts and visual depth. The surface appears… to be in constant motion, like a landscape shaken by wind, water, or the energy of an invisible conflict.
A contemporary artwork and expressive abstract painting designed to capture the eye. The Battlefield explores the relationship between chaos and harmony, fragility and strength, destruction and rebirth.
A monumental presence 110x172 cm, ideal for a contemporary art collection or for a space in which the work can become the focal point.
