About this artwork
I painted this artwork during that brief moment when the day is saying farewell to the earth, yet the night has not fully arrived.
The delicate pink hues in the sky became a symbol of peace and inner harmony for me.
I sought to capture the gentle breath of the evening air, filled with silence and light.
The water reflects the last rays of sunset, transforming them into a shimmering palette of colors.
The lush riverbanks seem to protect this fragile… moment of beauty.
Loose, expressive brushstrokes allow the viewer to feel the movement of light and the ever-changing nature of the landscape.
For me, this river became a metaphor for time, flowing steadily onward.
Every shade in this painting is intended to evoke contemplation and a sense of calm.
I wanted the viewer to hear the silent music of reflections dancing upon the water.
Thus, “The Pink Breath of Evening” was born—a story about the beauty of a fleeting moment that cannot be held, but can be preserved in memory.
