About this artwork
I stopped here during my journey through the countryside around Collonges-la-Rouge.
This old farm immediately attracted me with its cozy atmosphere and simplicity.
I wanted to preserve the feeling of a quiet French corner, far from the noise of the cities.
The old house, garden, and tall trees create a landscape that invites the traveler to pause and look around.
The bright sunlight makes the walls of the house glow with warm reddish tones.
The open… space in front of the farm seems to invite me to continue my walk.
I painted with free, expressive strokes, trying to capture the freshness of the air and the joy of travel.
For me, this farm became a small but memorable discovery along the way.
