Sometimes a painting begins with a feeling you cannot quite put into words. Becoming More began that way.
I only knew there was something I wanted to find — something that slowly began to reveal itself as I painted.
This contemporary abstract painting unfolds through vibrant colour, layered shapes and flowing movement. Turquoise, blue and warm golden tones meet and respond to one another, creating depth and expressive texture. The composition invites… the eye to move through the painting, discovering new relationships between colour, shape and movement.
The painting unfolds gradually — colour meeting colour, movement drawing the eye, one shape revealing another. What seems clear at first begins to shift the longer you look.
And perhaps that is what becoming is.
Not arriving. Not knowing exactly where you are going. But discovering that there is more within you, and more ahead, than you could see at the beginning.
I wanted to leave space for that discovery.

I don't paint what I see as much as what I experience. Sometimes that experience whispers through light and atmosphere. Sometimes it dances through colour and emotion. Over time, those conversations found their own voices in my work: Where Light Whispers and Where Colour Dances.
Nature has always been where I learned to listen. I've never believed that a painting should reveal everything at once. Like nature, it unfolds—layer by layer—inviting us to keep discovering.
