A girl and her cat—same size, same stare from under their brows. All white, all still, like statues of suspicion. The matching green, poisonous eyes say: you’ve been warned. We can’t see their teeth, but it's more than certain they’re sharp. Danger? Possibly. But then, the girl’s shirt and cheeks are pink. And those cat ears? Also pink. Not quite the palette of doom. Maybe it's a beautifully calculated distraction. Beneath their angelic fluff lies… something far more curious. A gothic whisper wrapped in cotton candy. A mystery dressed up as innocence. There's a novel here—dark, quiet, waiting to be read.
