They stand together — the girl and the beast. Behind them, a wall of red fire burns fiercely, mirrored in the wild flames of her hair. Her polkadot t-shirt? It’s just a trick of the heat — a flicker meant to distract. The wolf bares its sharp teeth, but it’s her eyes that cut deeper. Did someone dare to hurt her? She won’t let it happen again.
