About Sarah Amy Fishlock

Sarah Amy Fishlock is a Scottish visual artist who works with both photography and found images. A graduate of Glasgow School of Art, Fishlock is currently living and working in Glasgow.

Personal and public narratives

While at their inception Fishlock’s photographs explore a personal curiosity or history, they examine the universal themes of nostalgia, grief and regeneration. Her work is an exploration of the individual within the wider social, historical and political milieu that they inhabit.
