It doesn't show itself.
And yet
It's suddenly there.
Between breaths,
at the edge of vision,
where the world
for a moment
forgets its fixed shape.
Its whiteness is not light.
More of a quiet remembrance
something
that was never really here.
The horn—
no jewelry
no sign—
a fine line
through that
which cannot be said.
The ground beneath him
bears traces
older
than any thought.
And whoever encounters him,
I… do not know,
whether he approaches
or long ago
has passed through it.
It won't stay.
And yet—
Something shifts
barely visible,
but irrevocably.
As if it had
for one breath
The veil has been lifted.
