About this artwork
A vibrant and dreamlike landscape where countless petals drift and dance across the scene like notes in a beautiful symphony. Soft blush pinks, warm peach, ivory, gold and earthy tones flow together, creating a feeling of movement, light and abundance.
The delicate petals seem to sweep across the landscape in gentle waves, leading the eye towards the distant horizon beneath a luminous blue sky. Rich layers of paint give the flowers a wonderful sense… of depth and rhythm, while the warm colours create an atmosphere of joy, romance and tranquillity.
A celebration of nature’s fleeting beauty, painted with expressive layers and delicate touches of colour.
A contemporary abstract work that captures movement, emotion and the beauty of subtle colour.
The painting needs to be stretched and also comes with a certificate of authenticity.

« I always try to charge my paintings full of emotion and spirituality, transporting the viewer into new experiences. »
Theo Papathomas is an Australian artist whose paintings have been exhibited nationally. His current landscape series features vibrant petals and confetti, yet he also favors creating in an abstract manner. Papathomas most often creates using oils with a palette knife, as this technique allows him to produce engaging three-dimensional textures. In addition, he also pours paint directly onto the canvas, to obtain texturized backgrounds.
