In this work, I wanted to capture the mystical energy of ancient staircases and immerse them in a new, digital light. The cool, almost luminous colors reflect the excitement and secrets lurking in forgotten corners. It invites you to be curious, to rise up, and explore the unknown, lending any space an exciting, almost magical atmosphere. The print was produced in high-quality gallery print format – Aludibond + photo + acrylic glass – and appropriate… hanging hardware is attached to the back.
Volker Vieregg works primarily expressively using various acrylic techniques. His art is intuitive and dynamic; elements of color field painting and abstract painting explode under his hand on large and small-format canvases. In the powerful and fascinating expression of his colors, one senses an intensive engagement with the subject matter of the picture, which fascinates the viewer and allows a lot of scope for interpretation.
