Swiss illustrator Daniel Zeltner was born in 1984 in Basel. He attended the Basel design school and spent several years working as a screen printer and graphic designer. He also lives in Basel today, where he works as a freelance artist. He gets booked by well-known major clients such as Mercedes Benz, Motel One or Swiss Federal Railways SBB to paint and illustrate for them.
Graffiti and illustrations
Even as a child, Daniel Zeltner captured his environment in drawings. He realized early on that his path will be rather artistic. The creative and free expression in the graffiti art inspires him. The power of colors
Daniel Zeltner's works are all about everyday life in our world. Themes can range from everyday things like a coffee pot to love and sex. His illustrations and works on canvas are colorful and dynamic, sometimes edgy and almost a bit rough. At second glance, however, they always turn out to be picturesque, happy and sensitive works.
Daniel Zeltner has participated in numerous festivals and exhibitions including Basel, Zurich, Biel (Switzerland), Freiburg, Munich, Dusseldorf (Germany), Mulhouse, Paris (France), Oklahoma (USA), London (England), Curitiba (Brazil) as well as Amsterdam and Eindhoven (Netherlands).Masquer
