How does Singulart work?
SINGULART is the world's No. 1 online art gallery. Here's how an artist's journey on SINGULART works, from submitting their application, through the sales process, to continually improving their artistic profile:
APPLICATION AND SUBSCRIPTION:
- fill out and submit your application by following this link: Apply now;
- wait for a response from our Admissions Committee;
- if accepted, you will be able to choose the best subscription plan for you and access your artist account.
PROFILE CREATION:
with the support of our Artist Care team, you can begin completing your profile with your photos, personal information, and artworks;
remember the importance of adding additional images and personalized descriptions of your works.
Note: This is the space where you can decide how to present yourself, your works, and your creative world to our global audience.
PROCESS A SALE:
our Art Advisors are constantly in contact with our collectors to promote your artwork;
whenever a customer expresses interest, makes an offer, asks for more information or images about one of your artworks, an Art Advisor will contact you to close the sale.
SHIPPING:
when a sale is made, a Logistic Manager will get in touch with you to explain all the steps for shipping, providing instructions on packaging (which you will need to take care of), documents, and the timing of picking up the artwork by one of our couriers. N.B. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The address where the work will be picked up is chosen by you and can be changed over time.
PAYMENT:
You will receive payment for the sale 14 business days after the work is received by the customer;
payment will be made through Paypal or bank transfer to the account you indicate in your account.

Is it free to be represented by Singulart?
Applying for Singulart and getting your application reviewed by our Committee is completely free.
If you get selected by our Committee, you can choose on of our paid subscription plans, payable monthly or yearly.

How many artworks can be online?
With the Silver Plan you can showcase 10 artworks online at the same time on your profile. You will still be able to change them at any time.
With the Gold and Platinum Plan you will be able to upload and put online an unlimited number of works, to give our art collectors a more comprehensive view and offering of your artistic creations.

How will Singulart provide visibility for my art?
We provide a great product roadmap that will help artists progress, be more visible and sell.
Our marketing strategy is developed and updated constantly, using various marketing channels, including web search, social media, emailing and much more.
The marketing investments made by Singulart include paid ads (on Google, Facebook, Instagram and many websites), SEO (Search Engine Optimization), partnerships, press coverage. In addition, our Art Advisor team and powerful algorithm will suggest its artworks to buyers with specific preferences.

How does the shipping work?
Singulart takes care of the whole logistic process for the artworks and the client pays for the shipping. Once you make a sale with us, you'll be assigned a Logistics Manager who will help you with:
- Instructions on packaging the artwork.
- Arranging for our partnered couriers to collect the artwork at the address of your choice.
- Managing all import/export and insurance costs.
By doing this, Singulart takes care of everything and artists can focus on their creative work.
