The Jury Winners
A jury of international experts elected one winner per artistic category, among a shortlist of 40 artists carefully selected by our curators. This year’s theme is: Play. Selected artists integrate aspects of humor, curiosity, whimsy, and/or imagination into their work.
Painter of the Year: Emmanuel Aziseh 🏆
Drawing inspiration from cartoons, often through the tender portrayal of children, Aziseh's paintings serve as a vibrant expression of harmonious coexistence. Infusing life and hope into his multi-colored portraits, his work is rooted in dreams of of unity and tolerance.

Sculptor of the Year: Sienna Martz 🏆
Martz inventively combines alternative materials and traditional textile techniques to create her distinct fiber art sculptures. Through intricate textures, vibrant hues, and eco-friendly elements, her whimsical works bloom with optimism for a harmoniously thriving world.

Photographer of the Year: Michael H. Rohde 🏆
Rohde transforms domestic spaces into magical floating realms that defy gravity. His images, evoking sci-fi film stills or the interior of spaceships, offer not only an optical spectacle but also an unconventional interpretation of our world. His work encourages viewers to revel in the joy of seeing differently, creating a sense of wonder and discovery.
Works on Paper Artist of the Year: Chris Capoyianes 🏆
With a mischievous sense of humor, Capoyianes draws inspiration from nightlife environments, such as theaters and bars, placing figures in carnivalesque scenes to explore archetypes of modern life. His work frames the human experience as a theatrical performance, filled with scenes of dreams, superstitions, and desires.

Artist of the Year : Randa Hijazi
