Rajashree Nayak es una pintora y grabadora consumada, con formación académica en Bellas Artes y Grabado en Hyderabad, India. Su estilo narrativo y figurativo, lleno de imaginación, combina composiciones que narran historias, un uso audaz del color y grabados en madera de múltiples capas, fusionando elementos conceptuales y surrealistas sin renunciar jamás a la importancia del dibujo. A través de sus figuras femeninas decididas, transmite con pasión las complejas luchas, la resiliencia y el espíritu vibrante de las mujeres contemporáneas, invitando al espectador a experimentar profundamente las emociones y las realidades socioculturales de nuestro tiempo.
