Anastasia Borodina es una pintora figurativa contemporánea radicada en el Reino Unido, conocida por sus composiciones iconográficamente estructuradas que exploran la profundidad psicológica, el simbolismo cultural y la frágil frontera entre el mundo interior y el exterior. Sus pinturas investigan la transformación de los símbolos europeos tradicionales en la sociedad contemporánea, centrándose en la búsqueda humana de significado, identidad y arraigo emocional. La infancia desempeña un papel central en su obra como período formativo en el que se forjan los patrones de identidad y percepción.
Borodina se formó académicamente en la Academia Estatal de Artes Ilya Repin de San Petersburgo (2012-2019), en el estudio de Yuri Kalyuta, y desde entonces ha expuesto internacionalmente, incluyendo la prestigiosa Exposición de Verano de la Real Academia (2023) y la Exposición del Premio de Arte Almenara (2025). En 2025, Anastasia Borodina recibió un Certificado de Excelencia de la Portrait Society of America.
