Carl Chapple es un retratista británico que ha expuesto ampliamente su obra en todo el Reino Unido. Después de haber desarrollado un interés en la pintura clásica y renacentista durante sus viajes a Grecia, Turquía e Italia, comenzó su exploración artística de la forma humana y no ha mirado atrás desde entonces. Las obras de Chapple ahora muestran un gran entusiasmo por el retrato, y combinan tonos apagados, formas fuertes y caras intrigantes.
