Chris Horner es un pintor y escultor afincado en el Reino Unido cuyas obras se han exhibido ampliamente en Inglaterra. Como artista, su principal preocupación es cómo los materiales de construcción usados se transforman en obras de arte que han aumentado el valor y la apreciación.
Cuando tiene tiempo libre fuera de su estudio, se encuentra apoyando a su padre en el oficio de la construcción, por lo que muchos de los materiales con los que trabaja provienen del sitio de construcción. Cada obra de arte se estructura en torno a métodos agudos y cuidadosos que se han adoptado desde el sitio de construcción. Cada método se mezcla con procesos artísticos que fluyen libremente y son bastante caóticos, pero al mismo tiempo cuidadosamente planificados. Chris fue elegido por el Comité de Membresía del Grupo de Londres para convertirse en miembro en 2020, y sus obras se han recopilado en varias colecciones privadas.
