« La creación de mis cuadros comienza en el mar. Expongo los lienzos vacíos al agua del mar: la arena, el sol y el viento dejan huellas en el ritmo de las olas. En el estudio, pinto los lienzos marinos con pigmentos puros. »
Monika Nelting es una artista alemana establecida cuyas pinturas abstractas se han exhibido en exposiciones individuales y colectivas a nivel internacional. Apasionado por el arte desde muy joven, Nelting creció estudiando bellas artes junto a artistas influyentes como Joseph Beuys y se involucró mucho en la escena alemana contemporánea. Sus vibrantes obras abstractas están inspiradas y creadas en la naturaleza, en relación con temas del agua, la tierra y el poder de los elementos naturales.
