Robert Nizamov nació en 1970 en Kazán. Estudió en la Escuela de Arte de Kazán que lleva el nombre de N. I. Feshin y posteriormente en el Instituto de Arte Surikov de Moscú, especializándose en pintura monumental con E. N. Maksimov. Durante estos años, trabajó en proyectos a gran escala y exploró el potencial expresivo de la forma, el color y la composición.
Desde 1987, Nizamov ha participado en exposiciones de la Unión de Artistas de la República de Tartaristán. También comenzó a trabajar en murales monumentales en Tartaristán y Chuvasia, y posteriormente en Moscú y otras ciudades.
En 2001, se unió a la Unión de Artistas de Moscú. A lo largo de su carrera, ha combinado el trabajo mural con exposiciones, explorando continuamente nuevas técnicas y enfoques artísticos.
