Tom Voyce es un pintor británico establecido con exposición internacional. Su tema comprende una variedad de temas diferentes, como aeropuertos, estaciones de ferrocarril, carreteras y puentes y otros lugares de tránsito. Las composiciones de Voyce demuestran constantemente un interés en los elementos formales de la composición: estructura, perspectiva, forma y luz. Sus pinturas son relatos de momentos fugaces dentro de un paisaje; la caída de luz en un edificio, o las sombras proyectadas por un paso elevado de autopista. La fuerza de estas piezas no radica en su representación fiel de un paisaje, sino en su sugerencia de un sentido de lugar, de estar presente dentro de un espacio particular en un momento particular.
