Francesca Busca, un sculpteur primé du Royaume-Uni, a largement exposé à l'échelle nationale, ainsi qu'aux États-Unis, en Italie et en Espagne. Elle aime se définir comme une «artiste poubelle», car son art est entièrement composé de matériaux trouvés. Ses pièces protestent contre le mode de vie jetable, et Busca plaide pour repenser notre rôle au sein de l'écosystème, en réduisant l'impact environnemental. Travailler avec une si grande variété de supports l'oblige à changer constamment d'outils, d'adhésifs et d'arrangements.
