Kirstin McCoy est une peintre irlandaise basée dans le sud de la France. Elle a exposé ses œuvres en France et aux États-Unis. Influencée par l'expressionnisme et le fauvisme, elle compose des peintures qui capturent les merveilles de la nature: la flore et la faune éclairées par le soleil du sud et le magnifique bleu de la Méditerranée. Peignant souvent «en plein air», elle cherche à apporter l'esprit de la beauté naturelle chez ses collectionneurs.
