Far from a simple aquatic theme, it explores the density of the element through works with striking textures. We discover, in particular, the depth of oil paintings, worked in successive layers to simulate the thickness of water, but also the power of acrylics applied with a palette knife, giving the seabed an almost rocky relief. Between the transparencies of watercolor and the organic quality of certain mixed media techniques on canvas, each piece invites a true sensory immersion.
