This selection looks at men in many roles—farmers and fishermen at the task, friends in bars and backstreets, dancers and athletes backstage, elders in suits, brothers in prayer, a single bronze body standing still. Humor appears (pink flamingos, graphic doubles) beside sober moments (processions, meetings, quiet city walks). Across oils, collage, and sculpture, the motifs repeat. Groups, uniforms, hats, broad shoulders, hands at rest or in use, held in grounded palettes of blues, greys, and ochres. Different cultures, one through-line: how men gather, perform, labor, and look back at us.
