Oulkeroglou is een gepassioneerde Griekse kunstenaar die zijn schilderijen in heel Griekenland en Italië heeft tentoongesteld. Altijd opgewonden door zijn eigen perceptie van zijn omgeving, ziet hij zijn werk als een spel waarin hij doelen creëert die hij moet bereiken. Zijn resulterende kunst is grenzeloos qua omvang en stijl, thema en toon.
