Alexander Oligerov is een bekroonde kunstenaar gevestigd in Rusland wiens schilderijen nationaal zijn tentoongesteld, maar ook in Noorwegen, Frankrijk, Finland, Duitsland, Zwitserland, China en Taiwan. Bovendien is zijn kunst te zien in de permanente collecties van het Russische Moermansk Art Museum, het Pskov Art Museum, het Museum of Non-conformist Art, enz. Door "de stille muziek" van zijn werken portretteert Oligerov de wereld die had kunnen zijn.
