Anna Maria Papadimitriou is een getalenteerde Griekse kunstenaar wiens werken nationaal zijn tentoongesteld. Voorheen opgeleid in interieurontwerp, wendde ze zich tot schilderen toen ze merkte dat ze verlangde naar een meer grenzeloze uitdrukking. Voornamelijk beïnvloed door ervaringen gedurende haar hele leven - van de zomers in de kindertijd aan de Egeïsche zee tot haar eerdere bezigheden in het schieten op doelen, componeert ze schilderijen die gelaagd, uitgestrekt en verkennend lijken.
