Auvers Jhang is een Zuid-Koreaanse kunstenaar wiens schilderijen uitgebreid op nationaal niveau zijn tentoongesteld. De kernconcepten van haar werk onderzoeken de eeuwigheid, geluk en het moment. Jhang gelooft dat sinds de moderne samenleving gecompliceerder is geworden, dat geldt ook voor de definitie van schoonheid. Ze is van mening dat we geluk kunnen vinden door belang te hechten aan elk moment dat ons dagelijks leven omringt. Haar levendige composities zijn gemaakt met behulp van giet- en spattechnieken met acrylverf en aquarellen op canvas.
