Cynthia Back is een graficus uit Portugal wiens werken zijn tentoongesteld in Taiwan, de Verenigde Staten, Noorwegen, Denemarken en El Salvador. Bovendien is haar kunst te zien geweest in publicaties zoals The Washington Post, de Philadelphia Inquirer, American Artist, enz. Door haar composities vertaalt Black haar fascinatie voor genezende krachten, schoonheid, patronen en kleuren. Ze maakt zich ook grote zorgen over klimaatverandering en veel van haar stukken weerspiegelen onze veranderende wereld.
