Elena Shichko is een bekroonde schilder en fotograaf, gevestigd in Wit-Rusland, wiens werken op nationale solotentoonstellingen te zien zijn geweest. Ze beschrijft haar kenmerkende stijl als 'romantisch fantastisch realisme' en streeft ernaar haar emoties over te brengen door middel van heldere, verzadigde en contrasterende kleuren. In haar artistieke proces gebruikt Shichko ook gravure- en lithografietechnieken met acryl en olie op canvas.
