grymC [grim:si], een autodidactisch kunstenaar met een achtergrond buiten het formele kunstonderwijs, werkt voornamelijk met digitale media en vertaalt zijn creaties naar canvas door middel van geavanceerde Giclée-printing. Zijn praktijk combineert de precisie van digitale abstractie met conceptuele verkenningen, waarbij hij kleurlagen, gradiënten en algoritmische gebaren gebruikt om de grenzen tussen het virtuele en het echte te verkennen. Met zijn suggestieve, meditatieve abstracties wil hij de kijker uitnodigen tot een stille dialoog, waarbij hij hen aanzet tot het ervaren van hun eigen innerlijke landschappen en ongrijpbare emoties binnen de meeslepende texturen en tinten van zijn werk.
