Igor Eliseev is een Russische schilder die talloze solotentoonstellingen heeft geopend in heel China en Rusland. Eliseev werkt met olieverf op canvas en laat zich inspireren door diverse prikkels, waaronder Turkse tapijten, Arabische verhalen en de Cartier-tankwacht. Mysterieus en stralend, Eliseevs figuratieve werken grenzen aan het surrealistische en zijn rijk aan geometrische patronen en motieven uit de oude Arabische kunst.
