Igor Sventitski is een kunstenaar die in Wit-Rusland woont, waar zijn werken op grote schaal zijn geëxposeerd. Bovendien is zijn kunst te zien in de permanente collectie van het Wit-Russische Staatsmuseum van de geschiedenis van de Grote Patriottische Oorlog. Sventitski is gemotiveerd om te creëren door het observeren van real-life scènes en composities. Hij maakt gebruik van traditionele olieverftechnieken die volgens hem de meest uiteenlopende artistieke expressie mogelijk maken.
