Jamal Maalouf is een kunstenaar gevestigd in Libanon wiens schilderijen te zien zijn geweest in solotentoonstellingen op nationaal niveau, maar ook in Syrië en Koeweit. Aan het begin van zijn vruchtbare artistieke carrière waren zijn werken, hoewel gevarieerd in mediums en onderwerpen, gericht op de representatie van het Libanese landschap. Na een pauze te hebben genomen in het creëren, is Maalouf teruggekeerd naar zijn studio met een hernieuwde passie voor abstractionisme.
