Joanna Sokolowska is een begaafde jonge kunstenaar en de ontvanger van de Pools-Amerikaanse Fulbright-beurs van 2013. Gefascineerd door de rijkdom van het menselijke innerlijke leven en de manier waarop we gevoelens buiten de taal uitdrukken, maakt ze gevoelige, expressieve portretten die vieren wat het betekent om mens te zijn.
