John Brooks is een Britse beeldend kunstenaar die momenteel woont en werkt in Bristol, Verenigd Koninkrijk. Met zijn fotografie wil Brooks een visuele en emotionele respons overbrengen die veel verder gaat dan het picturale. Zijn foto's, zowel analoog als digitaal, maken vaak gebruik van een gelaagd effect waarbij een onderwerp wordt verdubbeld of verdrievoudigd, waardoor een illusie van volume, diepte en ruimtelijkheid ontstaat. Zijn foto's kunnen de imposante aard van de stedenbouw weerspiegelen en spelen met perspectief om een illusoire wereld te creëren.
Zijn overige werk omvat zowel abstracte studies als minimalistische werken, waarvan sommige architectonisch en andere topografisch zijn.
Als de afmetingen van de te koop aangeboden werken niet uw voorkeur hebben, is hij altijd bereid om een op maat gemaakt formaat voor u te maken met bepaalde parameters.
