Kim Jisup is een kunstenaar gevestigd in Zuid-Korea wiens schilderijen nationaal zijn tentoongesteld. Zijn meest recente werken verkennen twee verschillende thema's: tijd en het ideaal. Jisup beschrijft zijn artistieke praktijk als gekenmerkt door meerdere lagen van ervaringen die hij opdoet terwijl hij leeft en werkt aan de interne vitaliteit van het menselijk lichaam. Hij creëert voornamelijk met olieverf op doek.
