Laia Mauri, opgeleid in beeldende kunst en kostuumontwerp, maakt kostuums voor podiumkunsten met kleermakers- en textielkunsttechnieken. Zijn werk combineert elegantie en originaliteit met een vleugje durf, waarbij hij zijn gave voor kunst toepast door medicinale alchemie in zijn stukken te impregneren. Het stimuleert de trend van duurzame mode, creëert kleding die de natuur weerspiegelt en de gebruikers kracht geeft, en energie en vreugde overbrengt.
