Penny Warden heeft haar schilderijen uitgebreid tentoongesteld in het Verenigd Koninkrijk, Nederland, Frankrijk en de Verenigde Staten. Als figuratieve schilder wordt haar artistieke stijl beïnvloed door action painting en gebaren abstractie. De serie van Warden toont dansers, paarden en christelijke thema's in beweging. Ze begint met het schilderen van elke achtergrond op canvas en schetst vervolgens de figuur voordat ze olieverf met maximale spontaniteit aanbrengt.
